We’re pleased to be able to announce that we’ve reduced the cut off point for free shipping. Effective immediately, shipping is free to UK customers ordering above £200, and Irish customers ordering above €200. These changes do not apply to customers in the Channel Islands.

For customers who place small but regular weekly orders, there is a huge saving to be made in combining orders and placing a single large order instead of 3 smaller orders.

Our new Facebook page went live today. The purpose of this page is to make it easier to keep in touch with our customers. Though we do send out stock update emails every few months to recent customers, many of these emails become lost in spam filters, or fail to arrive due to incorrect email addresses. And we don’t send out emails nearly as often as we’d like. This blog helps, but it’s a bit of a chore to remember to check it for uipdates. That problem doesn’t exist on Facebook.

When we have new stock, it will appear on our Facebook page first. If particular items are proving very popular and are in danger of selling out, we’ll mention it there first too. Changes to our website, ordering process, shipping and VAT charges, etc. All will appear on Facebook.

We’ll also be using the page to get feedback on new stock, and to generate opinions on improvements that could be made. Please don’t be shy about telling us what you think.
