At Nirvana, we pride ourselves on our speedy deliveries and careful packaging. Whether you are ordering from the UK or the US, Continental Europe or Australia, we will do our best to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are typically 1-4 working days to the UK (though 80% of packages arrive the next day), and 5-8 working days to the US. All orders are shipped by us, direct from our warehouse in Ireland. We do NOT sell goods that we do not possess, and have no ‘arrangements‘ with third party sellers.
We use DHL as our primary shipper, and all packages must be signed for on receipt.
We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, with the exception of public holidays. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. During very busy periods, it may take a little longer to process orders.
All orders are securely packed, with each item also packaged individually to avoid damage on route. Delivery costs are as follows:
- £9.95 to the UK and Ireland
- A surcharge of £8.50 is added for delivery to remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
- £21 to the Channel Islands.
- £31 to Continental Europe.
- £41 to the US and Canada.
- £45 to Australia and New Zealand
- FREE for all orders above £225 for UK and Irish customers.
- A surcharge may be added for delivery to remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
