Our regular customers will be aware that we never list out of stock items. When we sell out of a particular item, it is removed from our available catalogue. Up until now that has been the only indicator of stock levels, making it difficult for some customers to decide which lines needed to be purchased immediately, and which could wait until the next order.

With that in mind, we’ve added a new stock level icon to each element in our catalogue. Hovering your mouse over the green in stock icon will now give you an indication of how many remain.

Rather than displaying actual figures, the pop up gives a rough guide to stock levels. In the example above, we have more than 50 of the charm necklace 60046 in stock. It will also tell you if we have more than 20, more than 10, or less than 10. The fewer items remain in stock, the closer we are to selling out.

Our hope is that this will make the buying decisions a little easier for our customers. In most cases it would be safe to hold off on buying items where more than 50 remain for a week or so, but where we have less than 10 available, a quick decision might be needed as a single customer could buy all remaining items.
