Delivery costs exclude VAT, and are as follows:

• £9.95 to the UK.
• £5.95 to Ireland, North and South.
• £15.95 to most European countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden).
• £31 to other European countries.
• £21 to the Channel Islands.
• A surcharge of £8.50 is added for delivery to remote UK locations such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• Standard delivery is FREE on all orders above £200 for UK and Ireland customers (excludes VAT and delivery charges, and not applicable to Channel Islands customers).
• Express delivery is offered to most UK customers at an additional charge of £5.95. This is optional, and when available can be selected at the final checkout page.
• We do not ship outside Europe.

We use DHL for all shipments. Delivery costs default to the UK rate, but this may change if you select a different country on the checkout page.

Delivery Times - When will my goods arrive?

• We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
• Delivery to the UK may take up to 3 working days, though 95% of packages arrive within 2 days.
• All orders must be signed for on receipt.
• We will email you when your goods have been dispatched.
