Delivery Times - When will my goods arrive?

• We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
• All orders are sent via DHL, and must be signed for on receipt.
• We will email you when your goods are despatched.
• Delivery to the UK may take up to 3 working days, though 80% of packages arrive the next day.

Delivery costs exclude VAT, and are as follows:

• £9.95 to the UK and Ireland.
• A surcharge of £8.50 is added for delivery to remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• £21 to Continental Europe and the Channel Islands.
• £31 to the US and Canada.
• £35 to Australia and New Zealand.
• Delivery is FREE on all orders above £225 (approx. €300) for UK and Irish customers.
