Delivery costs exclude VAT, and are as follows:

• £9.95 to the UK and Ireland.
• A surcharge of £8.50 is added for delivery to remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• Delivery is FREE on all orders above £200 for UK and Ireland customers (excludes Channel Islands).
• £21 to the Channel Islands.
• £31 to Continental Europe.
• Individual shipping quotes are provided for all non-European countries.

We use DHL for all shipments. Delivery costs default to the UK and Ireland rate, but this may change if you select a different country on the checkout page.

Delivery Times - When will my goods arrive?

• We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
• Delivery to the UK may take up to 3 working days, though 90% of packages arrive the next day.
• All orders must be signed for on receipt.
• We will email you when your goods have been dispatched.
