- Do you have a printed catalogue
you can send me by post?
No. We change and update our stock too frequently. For this reason,
a printed catalogue would be out of date almost as soon as it
was published. A printed catalogue is a good indicator that a
particular wholesaler or manufacturer has a very long shelf life
for individual items, and that fresh lines are introduced rarely,
often only once a year. We have major updates 4-5 times a year,
and introduce new lines throughout the year.
- Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, we have a very small minimum order size. All we ask is that
you spend £45 (€60), excluding postage.
- What size rings will you send
me?
All our rings are supplied in assorted adult sizes, normally from
size L-R (6-9) with some of the plain silver rings coming in larger
sizes. We always provide a good range of sizes across all orders.
Sizes may be requested using the 'Notes' section on the checkout
page, but in the event of unavailable stock the next available
size will be supplied.
- Can I pay by Phone?
Yes. Fill your shopping basket and checkout as normal. The final
checkout page gives you the option of paying by Credit Card or
Paypal, or paying by Credit Card over the phone. If you chose
this option, you should enter a landline telephone number for
us to call you on, at which point you can read out your credit
card details over the phone. A mobile number is not acceptable
for phone payments. We would normally call you back shortly after
you place your order, Monday-Friday, 9-5, so the number you leave
should reflect this.
- Can I phone you with my order details?
Yes. If you are not comfortable using our shopping basket, make a note of the item numbers and quantities you wish
to order, and call us on our sales line. Please have your credit card details on hand when you call.

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5, excluding public holidays.
- Do you offer a bulk discount?
No. Unlike many other wholesalers, we do not artificially increase
our prices just to offer large bulk discounts. We always price
our goods as realistically as possible, so the price remains the
same whether you order 10 or 500 items.
- Is there a postage discount available?
Postage is always charged at cost, and is calculated by weight
as you add items to your shopping basket. All orders are sent
registered. Postage is FREE on all orders above £225 (approx.

- Is VAT included in the price?
No. Each item price is listed excluding VAT. VAT is added to your total as you begin to checkout.
If you are registered for VAT in an EU country other than the Republic of Ireland,
you do not have to pay VAT. VAT is charged at 21% on all goods and
shipping. To deduct VAT from your total, you should enter your VAT number into the space provided on
the Checkout page.Your name and address details must correspond to your VAT registered name and address.
All VAT numbers and addresses are validated prior to shipping.
- How long will it take to despatch
my order?
We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, with the
exception of public holidays. We endeavour to despatch all orders
as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving
cleared payment. During very busy periods, it may take a little
longer to process orders. We will notify you by email once your
goods have shipped.
- Is your Sterling Silver stamped?
Yes. All our sterling silver is genuine, and marked with the .925
stamp.
- Can I pay in Euros?
Yes. On the top right of the catalogue and payment pages, you
will see 2 flags: UK and EU. Simply click on the flag that corresponds
to the currency you wish to use, and all prices and payment options
will be converted for you. Currency conversion rates are updated
daily.
