How long does it take to despatch orders?

We process and ship orders every day, Monday - Friday, with the exception of public holidays. We endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. During very busy periods, it may take a little longer to process orders. We will notify you by email once your goods have shipped.

All packages are shipped using DHL. In most cases, delivery time to the UK is next day, though it may take up to 4 days. This means that if we ship your goods on a Monday morning, there is a good chance they will arrive on Tuesday. To ensure speedy delivery, DHL collects from us around mid-day, so your goods may not be dispatched on the day you place your order.
